The delivery charges are based on your postcode, the weight, size, nature, and value of your products as well as delivery to a single property or address.
We aim to deliver your online order within 14 days of purchase, depending on stock availability and the delivery address.
We will try our best to meet the delivery date, however there may be times where we are unable to do this and your confirmed delivery date will be different. We would advise you not to make any plans to accept your delivery, for example booking time off from work, until we have confirmed the date with you. If you will not be available, please request a different delivery date as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery date by speaking to a customer service representative at RK Furniture.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Changes TO ORDER
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. Changes may be made within 48 hours of placing the order or prior to the goods leaving the warehouse.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
RK Furniture takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If the goods delivered are damaged or faulty and you would want to make a return, please contact one of our customer service representative within 7 days of delivery.
Accepted returned Items may be exchanged. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit in the same amount.
